Responsibilities:
- The finishing touches to our guitars!
- Final assembly of guitar
- Electronic component assembly
- Pickup & preamp assembly
- Soldering, wiring & hook-up
- Check, set & read action
- Tune, check & diagnosis
- Work to quality standards & timelines		 Requirements & conditions:
- Punctual & reliable
- Professional attitude
- Competent acoustic and electric guitar player
- Knowledge of components, fitment & setup of guitars
- Follow directions
- Performance based wage negotiated

GUITAR ASSEMBLER

Responsibilities:
- Build great quality guitars for others to enjoy!
- Component joinery & fitment
- Grading of timber
- Work to quality standards & timelines		 Requirements & conditions:
- Punctual & reliable
- Professional attitude
- Timber trade experience (guitar making, carpentry, cabinet making etc)
- Attention to detail, and eye for accurate fitment

Knowledge of guitar construction & willingness to learn
- Follow directions
- Performance based wage negotiated

GUITAR PAINTER & FINISHER

Responsibilities:
- Spraying lots of guitars!
- Timber preparation
- Masking & taping
- Spray application of various lacquers and finishes
- Flatting, buffing & polishing
- Daily equipment maintenance
- Work to quality standards & timelines
- Adherence to process		 Requirements & conditions:
- Respiratory equipment must be worn at all times
- Punctual & reliable
- Professional attitude
- Trade experience preferred (furniture, automotive etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Follow directions
- Express artistic design & have a passion for your work
- Performance based wage negotiated
- Full-time (Bayswater VIC)
